The legendary former quarterback will not work at Fox Sports until the fall of 2024.
Tom Brady decided to retire after 23 wonderful seasons in the NFL last February 1, shortly after which he announced that he would not start working as a game analyst at Fox Sports, with whom he already has a contract, until the fall of 2024. So what will the seven-time Super Bowl winner do on his sabbatical in order to transition to his new lifestyle?
Last Wednesday, words were released from TB12’s father, Tom Brady Sr. who shared the genuine concern he has regarding his son in the sense of what he will do to replace the great pleasure he took in playing in the NFL. Those words could have been interpreted as a hint of possible new regret, however, a news report suggests the complete opposite.
Why won’t Tom Brady work at Fox Sports right away?
According to a tweet from Daily Loud, the reason Brady did not decide to immediately go to work at Fox Sports is to give himself a year of time to try to win back his ex-wife, Brazilian top model Gisele Bündchen, whom he divorced last October 28 after 13 years of marriage.
“Tom Brady is reportedly taking the year off so that he can potentially win Gisele Bundchen back & won’t take Fox deal yet”
According to a past report by Page Six, the reason why the former Victoria’s Secret Angel and the legendary former New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback separated was because of the anger caused by her first regret of his retirement announcement, which occurred 40 days after the announcement of the end of his sports career.
Several sources indicate that Brady’s goal is not very likely to be achieved, since Gisele has already left her ex-husband, with whom she has two children in common, 13-year-old Benjamin and 10-year-old Vivian. The University of Michigan graduate also has 15-year-old Jack, whose mother is actress Bridget Moynahan.
